The mission of Nexus--Centralia School District’s program for gifted students is to:
*Create a positive environment in which each student has the opportunity to develop higher level critical and creative thinking skills.
*Participate in differentiated exploratory activities based on individual needs and interests.
*Enhance a healthy self-concept in order that the student may become a self-directed learner, fully appreciating and utilizing his/her own special abilities and potential.
